Seven year old Patrick Alford disappeared from his foster home in Brooklyn, New York on January 22, 2010. He had been in the home for three weeks and had said that he wanted to run away so he could be with his mother again. Just before he disappeared, Patrick took out the trash for his foster mother. He never came back. There were reports that his mother knew where his foster home was and had planned to kidnap him from it, however his mother says that she does not know where he is and she has passed a polygraph test. Various relatives have accused each other of hiding him, but Patrick remains missing. He would now be eight years old. His mother has recently filed a lawsuit against New York City, ACS, his foster mother and the appartment complex that Patrick had been living in.
